He is the founder of Stallion Medical Management; formally Mayfair Medical Management. Dr. Jaffer serves as a voluntary clinical assistant professor at the University of Miami, Nova Southeastern University, & Florida International University.

He helped start Neighborhood Health Plan, and served on the company’s board of directors. He also served as the chief of family medicine at Memorial Hospital West for several terms.

Dr. Jaffer helped establish a free medical clinic in Miami and supports the Rotary Club of Weston’s educational scholarship programs. In addition, he contributes to Sahara’s abused women program, has helped build an elementary school, wells for clean drinking water, & medical clinics in Africa and Asia
